The Scaredy Store is a small, Direct to Consumer business. We are a growing brand and your support and willingness to work with
us on issues you may have will help us improve our products to bring you the best merch
as The Scaredy Cats brand and our fandom grows. We do offers exchanges and some returns for wrong items shipped and product defects from our manufacturers. We also accept exchanges for damaged items that have not  been used, worn  and are easily identified as a new item that arrived damaged or defective.

We do not  accept returns  or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size (s). The size charts (in inches) for all worn items are clearly listed under a “size chart” link that can be found next to each item description, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the  size chart and order the appropriate sizes. If a wrong size is shipped to you by  mistake on our part, we can exchange for the correct size at our expense. 

We also do not accept returns for  dissatistfaction on print or product quality.  There are many different methods used in the manufacturing process to deliver the best available representation of our brand on our garments at the level that our business is at now, and at a reasonable price for you. However,  print colors, image quality, fabric and materials may or may not appear the same or as vivid  in person compared to the  product images on our website.

This can be attributed to lighting conditions, monitor colors, slight changes or updates to the print materials, and the materials accessible to us at the time of manufacturing. We may exchange for a replacement of the same product ONLY if there is an obvious defect ( blatant printing errors or blemishes that can be clearly identified as such), and the item is in new, unused or unaltered condition.

Claims for wrong items shipped, or damaged and defective products must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
